Join us for our weekly Food Development Meeting, every Tuesday at 3pm at the HUB. This week we tasted Chris’s Delicata Squash sandwich idea. Next week Enzo’s dreaming of a Mexican or Puerto Rican sandwich featuring black beans. 

Just opened up a bag of Intelly. This single-origin coffee was grown on the side of a volcano at a coffee farm in El Salvador. We love it for its fruity notes. Welcome back Intelly with a $3 Intelligentsia Las Inmortales.

Launching $3 Cinnamon Lemonade soon. An employee came up with this one. We didn’t think it would work, but it’s one of our most popular drinks. 

The Brussel Sprout Sandwich is rising again. Sour cream dijon spread, smoked Grafton cheddar, deep fried Hadley Brussel Sprouts, pickled Next Barn Over red cabbage, and toasted hazelnuts.

Last Friday, a strange fruit appeared at Clover: the Paw Paw. This alien-like fruit is native to Appalachia, grows in Massachusetts, and reminds us of a banana mixed with a mango. Try a $2 Paw Paw Soda today.

We’re firing up the food development engine. Last week we challenged ourselves to celebrate potatoes. Look out for some new stuff this week, including Chipotle Adobo Potato Salad and Green Goddess Potato Salad. 

The summer colors are making their way into our Housemade Sodas. All those bright magentas, purples, and reds are coming from local fruit. Ask us what we made today.

We are getting strawberries from Hadley, MA. We made a Strawberry Lemonade today. Ask us for a taste along with your meal today.

Local cucumbers are in. You’ll taste them as a component of our Chickpea Fritter or Egg and Eggplant Sandwich, or in our Cucumber Vidalia Salad.
