Black Beans from Valley Malt
Andrea sent us 4,000 lbs of organic black beans grown in Western Mass. Taste them in Enzo’s Venezuelan Plantain Sandwich, launching Wednesday 2/11.

We are featuring Barrington Barreiro Coffee. Grown in Brazil. Roasted in Lee, MA. Meet the roaster next Friday! Pre-register if you like donuts.
Pushpir
We’ve been loving the Pushpir Sandwich. Cilantro/mint/jalapeño chutney, deep-fried paneer (fresh Indian cheese), fried chickpeas, pickled vegetables, and a tamarind yogurt sauce.
