We’re working the winter lemonades right now. Look out for Cinnamon Lemonade, Star Anise Lemonade, and Apple Lemonade over the coming days.

Chris Anderson in the kitchen is sourcing local grains from Maine and VT. Try them in some new oat salads popping up on the menu this week. 

Maine Brewing Company Mo is on tap at CloverKND, CloverHSQ, and CloverHUB. A version of American Pale Ale, brewed in Freeport, ME, and it’s one of the freshest beers you can buy in the US.

There are 2 spots left in Enzo’s Soup-Making Class on Wednesday 2/18 at CloverKND. $10 for MIT students/ $50 for general public.

We’re welcoming back our Just-Cut Fruit Salad at breakfast on Thursday 2/19. During the winter we use tropical ingredients like pomegranate, kumquat, cucumber, pineapple and limes. 

We’ve been featuring a new mayonnaise called Just Mayo. If you’ve been eating our BBQ Seitan Sandwich or Potato Salads, you’ve been tasting it.
