Just opened up a bag of Collectivo Yirgacheffe Coffee. This coffee was grown in Ethiopia and roasted in Milwaukee.

We brought back one of our most underrated sodas. Ask your order-taker to try a Banana Soda Sample today. Made with ripe bananas. 

We’re making Pear Cranberry Compote. Try it on our Yogurt w/Granola or just-cooked Oatmeal. 

Andrea sent us 4,000 lbs of organic black beans grown in Western Mass. Taste them in Enzo’s Venezuelan Plantain Sandwich, launching Wednesday 2/11.

We’ve been loving the Pushpir Sandwich. Cilantro/mint/jalapeño chutney, deep-fried paneer (fresh Indian cheese), fried chickpeas, pickled vegetables, and a tamarind yogurt sauce. 

Our food development meeting happens at 3pm every Tuesday at the Clover HUB in Inman Square. This week we’ll be tasting Barismo’s newest coffees. 

Antoria is throwing a Valentines Kids Day at Clover Kendall on 2/13. Come by from 5pm-6pm to make a Valentine and eat a Valentines whoopie pie! 

Chris and the kitchen are roasting the last of the local sweet potatoes for our Japanese Sweet Potato Sandwich. There’s only 1 week left to try it!
