Local rhubarb is going strong. Try it in our Compote on our Yogurt and Granola or Oatmeal or Rhubarb Agua Fresca.

These salads were the result of our last Food Dev Meeting. Try them if you see them. Lucia’s Cucumber Sumac String Cheese Salad,  Chris’s Cauliflower Grape Hazelnut Salad, and Mike’s Broccoli Cashew Salad. 

The Panella Sandwich is here. Lemon mayo, deep-fried chickpea cake, and a salad made with raw fennel, orange, olive, and parsley.

We just brought in my very favorite Apple Cider Vinegar on the planet from Dwight Miller Farms in Vermont. You might not notice it, but you will notice our salads are that much better!

Some new salads are hitting the menu. Look out for a Thai Carrot Parsnip Salad, a Kale Caesar, and a Chipotle Ranch Potato Salad.

We bake Whoopie Pies at 5pm every Friday. Ask your order-taker what flavor we are trying out this week….

Hot Mulled Cider is here. We’re featuring apple cider from Box Mill Farm in Stowe, MA. We add cinnamon sticks, star anise, and allspice.
