Knife Skills
Our next Knife Skills 101 class has a few tickets left. It’s being taught by Chris Anderson, our Director of Food, on 10/8 at 9am at the HUB in East Cambridge.
Jalapeño Soda
Craig, our Assistant Manager, came up with a Jalapeño Soda. It uses all of the fresh peppers that are just coming out of the ground. Ask for a sample today.
24 hour Clover
We just got approved for 24 hours in our soon-to-open spot in Central Square. We’re hoping for a Fall opening.
Colectivo
We’re moving to a new coffee: Colectivo Paso Fino. We discovered this roaster when picking up the truck that became CloverPRK from Wisconsin. This coffee is from Southwest Colombia.
Hasani and the Brussel
Where’d Hasani go? He got a promotion. Now he’s running the MIT Truck. You can find him – as well as the Brussel Sprout Sandwich – at 20 Carleton St across from MIT Medical every weekday, 8am-2pm.
Blueberries
Local blueberries are in full swing. We’re getting ours from Joe Czajkowski Farm in Hadley, MA. You can try them in our Blueberry Lemonade and Blueberry Soda at lunch, or on our Oatmeal or Granola w/Yogurt at breakfast.
Potato salad
We’re firing up the food development engine. Last week we challenged ourselves to celebrate potatoes. Look out for some new stuff this week, including Chipotle Adobo Potato Salad and Green Goddess Potato Salad.
Soda Menu
The summer colors are making their way into our Housemade Sodas. All those bright magentas, purples, and reds are coming from local fruit. Ask us what we made today.
